In high Arzignano, including the district Marana and Salvadori, there are the chestnut of the largest municipal area. I'm not real chestnut: it is mostly deciduous forests, with release of some "Marronaro" here and there, in a state of partial abandonment, forests exploited mainly for firewood and place of abundant " looting "when it's time for chestnuts and mushrooms.
The advance of spring is in full view of everyone, but in the woods the colors of the flowers stand out in all their freshness and never cease to amaze.
The dazzling white of 'Erythronium dens-canis ("dog teeth"), flower of fleeting beauty, the pale green of' Helleborus foetidus , the violet of 'Hepatica nobilis (grass trinity anemone or hepatic) they show off, anticipating a good month of their bloom than in years past.
